BROKER'S OPINION Complete FNMA market analysis with interior photos if permitted and, outlined marketing strategy and timeline.

EVICTION Affiliated with experienced attorney networks to arrange the eviction process and lockout, and following up with property assessment.

RE-KEY Upon vacancy, clean & sweep, secure property and fencing, and arrange utility service. Set up weekly winterizing service (if applicable).

VALUATION Provide a 32 point evaluation checklist of the interior / exterior condition of the property. Give recommendations as to the extent of rehab necessary to attain maximize investor yield and holding time to a minimum.

REHABILITATION Prepare "East Lion Rehab Report". Provide summary of repair estimates by licensed contractors. Assess which repairs will maximize investor return and marketability. Supervise and inspect all work ordered by lender.

MARKETING Implement our full 10+ point marketing campaign which includes but not limited to Multiple Listing Service, local cable television, print media, online marketing, broker & public open houses, and various customized advertising.
